RETURN & REFUND POLICY

• We take great care in packaging our ceramics, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will assess the photos to determine if the item qualifies for a refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refund

• We are unable to cancel orders once they have been paid and confirmed. Please ensure all order details are correct before proceeding to checkout

Order Cancellation

• Due to the fragile and handmade nature of our ceramics, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
