DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM-MADE PIECES OR PRE-ORDERS?

As of now, I'm not accepting custom-made piece(s) or pre-orders of present designs. However, I will be posting details on this matter on my Instagram Account as soon as I'm ready to accept limited slots for pre-orders

HOW DO I CLEAN MY CERAMIC PIECE(S)?

I recommend to carefully hand wash all ceramic pieces with soap and water to avoid the underglaze/glaze from chipping or abrasion

IS MY CERAMIC PIECE FOOD SAFE?

YES, all dinnerware pieces are made using food-safe glazes.

DO YOU OFFER REPLACEMENTS OR REFUND?

Unfortunately, replacements or refund is only accepted on a case by case basis. 

If the product broke during the shipping process please message me immediately on Instagram @andy.studioph with your order number and photos of the damaged pieces.
